about isabela araujo schmaltz, certified gottman LEADER

leader

People fascinate and delight me. I’ve been a creative, empathetic problem-solver and relationship-builder all my life, which makes coaching my ideal profession. As a coach, I offer workshops for couples and parents to strengthen the bonds of family relationships. Prior to founding Connection Resources, I worked in marketing for The Ritz-Carlton Club, Jupiter (Florida). Connection Resources combines my passion for working with people with over 40 years of research-based training from The Gottman Institute. I earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro—I loved math and the order of it as a complement to my status as a natural extrovert. Born in Curitiba, Brazil, I came to the United States as a teenager. I live with my husband and two children in Highland Park, IL. When I’m not coaching or caring for my family, you can find me practicing Pilates, planning my next travel adventure, or devouring content from motivational speakers.
